No machine, no fuss. Just fresh beans, cold water, and a little patience.

Choose your coarse grind
Pick any Schuil coffee and select the Coarse (Cold Brew) grind at checkout. We grind it right for a clean, sediment-free steep.

Steep overnight
Combine one part grounds with four parts cold filtered water. Cover and rest it in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours.

Strain and pour over ice
Filter out the grounds, pour the concentrate over plenty of ice, and cut with water or milk to taste.
Prefer whole bean? Grind coarse at home, roughly the texture of raw sugar, for the same smooth result.
