To edit your subscription, please ensure you are logged into your Schuil account. Once logged in, there will be an option in your account to “manage subscription” which will allow you to make any of the following edits:
On the subscription overview page click “manage this subscription” under the product you would like to remove.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “cancel subscription.” This will only remove this specific product from your recurring order and does not cancel your entire subscription.
On the subscription overview page click “manage this subscription” under the product you would like to edit.
From the next page you will be able to change the grind type, size, quantity, and frequency of this specific item.
Please ensure that the date of the next charge and the frequency are the same for all items in your subscription if you would like for everything to be shipped together.
On the subscription portal homepage, scroll to the section titled “You may also like.”
You can either add products directly from this page or click “Browse all products” to view our full offerings.
From here you can either browse through our coffee selections or search a specific product that you would like to add!
After a product is added, please make sure that the date of the next charge and the frequency are the same across all of your subscription items if you would like for them to be shipped together.
On the subscription portal homepage, click the “reschedule” button.
From here you are able to delay the order one week, two weeks, or until a specific date.
If you choose to delay your subscription, your frequency will remain the same and resume from the next order date.
On the subscription portal homepage, click the “skip” button.
If you choose to skip your subscription, your frequency will remain the same and resume from the next scheduled order date.
On the subscription portal homepage, click the “Address and payment details” button.
Select “manage payment methods.”
From here you will be able to add and remove payment methods. In order to delete a payment method, you must first add your new payment method to your portal. Make sure to delete any payment methods you no longer want to use

Select “manage addresses.”
From here you will be able to edit, add, and remove addresses. In order to delete an address, you must first add your new address to your portal. Make sure to delete any addresses you no longer want to use to avoid delays in your subscription.
On the subscription portal homepage, click the “manage subscriptions” button.
Click “manage this subscription” under one of your subscription products.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “cancel subscription.”
Repeat these steps for all of your subscription products. In order to delete your entire subscription you will need to individually cancel all of your subscription items.
